| Rotary mechanical grille cleaning machine Rotary mechanical grille is a specialized water treatment equipment that can continuously and automatically intercept and remove various shapes of debris in the fluid. Working principle The rotary mechanical grille is assembled into a set of rotary grille chains by a unique rake tooth. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake tooth chain rotates in the opposite direction of the water flow to salvage the floating debris on the water surface. When the rake tooth chain is transported to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the groove wheel and curved rail, relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each group of rake teeth, and the majority of solid substances fall by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the sweeper to clean up the debris adhering to the rake teeth. The rake tooth chain in the direction of water flow is similar to a grid, and the clearance between the rake teeth assembled on the rake tooth chain shaft can be selected according to the usage conditions. When the rake teeth separate the solid suspended solids in the fluid, they can ensure smooth flow of water. The entire working process can be continuous or intermittent. 3.
