Denitrifying deep bed filter
Denitrifying deep bed filter is a treatment process of advanced treatment filtration in sewage treatment, which originated in the United States in the 1970s. This treatment process has centralized functions and flexible operation, and can simultaneously play the role of physical filtration to intercept SS (suspended solids), chemical micro flocculation to remove TP (total phosphorus), and biological denitrification to remove TN (total nitrogen).
Full process deodorization technology
The whole process deodorization process of urban sewage treatment plants is to install a culture box containing a combination of biological fillers in the biological tank of the sewage treatment plant. The mixed liquid of activated sludge is induced and promoted by the biological fillers in the culture box to promote the growth and proliferation of deodorizing microorganisms, and to strengthen the proliferation of deodorizing microorganisms. The activated sludge discharged from the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the inlet end of the sewage treatment plant, and the deodorizing microorganisms adsorb, coagulate, and biodegrade the odor substances in the water, so that the odor substances of various structures of the sewage treatment plant are removed in the water, achieving the full process control of odor in the sewage treatment plant. The deodorization system consists of two parts, including a microbial culture system and a deodorized sludge dosing system. The microbial cultivation system is to install a certain number of microbial cultivation boxes in the biological tank of the sewage treatment plant, each of which provides trace amounts of air. The deodorization sludge dosing system involves installing sludge pumps in the sludge reflux pump room and laying pipelines to transport them to the inlet end of the sewage treatment plant. Under the condition of adding 2-10% influent of deodorized sludge, this deodorization process significantly reduces the odor pollution source of the sewage plant, and has no negative impact on the effluent quality of the sewage plant. This deodorization process can be widely applied to traditional activated sludge, A/A/0, A/0, multi-stage A/0, SBR, oxidation ditch and other sewage treatment processes.
MBBR active suspended biological filler
MBBR biological filler is a new type of biological suspension carrier, which has low construction cost, high efficiency, no support, no maintenance, and high treatment efficiency. The MBBR biological carrier adopts a scientific formula, which integrates various trace elements that are conducive to the rapid attachment and growth of microorganisms in polymer materials according to the different properties of wastewater. It is modified and constructed through special processes. It has the advantages of large specific surface area, optimal hydrophilicity and affinity, high biological activity, fast film formation, good treatment effect, and long service life. Suitable for removing ammonia nitrogen, decarbonization and phosphorus, sewage purification, reclaimed water reuse, sewage deodorization, and increasing the removal efficiency of COD and BOD5.
