Adsorption purification principle of organic waste gas



After the organic waste gas is led out from the air duct, it enters the dry filter to remove the particulate matter and dust, and then enters the activated carbon adsorption bed. The number of adsorption beds is determined according to the air volume. The gas can be switched through the valve to make the gas enter different adsorption beds. The adsorption bed works alternately. After the gas enters the adsorption bed, the organic matter in the gas is adsorbed by the activated carbon and attached to the surface of the activated carbon, So that the gas can be purified, and the purified gas is discharged to the atmosphere through the fan.



Principle of activated carbon regeneration unit



By controlling the flow rate of desorption process, the concentration of organic waste gas can be concentrated 10-20 times. The desorbed gas flows through the electric heating device in the catalytic bed and is heated to about 300 ℃. Under the action of catalyst, it starts to burn. The purification efficiency of catalytic combustion process can reach more than 97%. After combustion, CO2 and H2O are generated and a large amount of heat is released. Part of the heat is used to heat the desorbed gas through the heat exchanger in the catalytic combustion bed The attached high concentration waste gas and another part of the air outside the heating chamber are used as active carbon desorption gas. Generally, the electric heater must be started for about 1 hour to achieve the self balance process of desorption catalytic combustion. When the heat balance is reached, the electric heating device can be shut down. The regeneration system relies on the organic solvent in the waste gas as fuel, which makes the regeneration process achieve self balance cycle without additional energy, greatly reducing energy consumption and no secondary pollution. The whole set of adsorption and catalytic combustion process is automatically controlled by PLC.

Inclined Cartridge Filter
Inclined cartridge filter is a new type of high-efficiency dust collector newly developed by our company. Its core dust removal component is the filter cartridge, because the structure of the filter cartridge is the folded structure of the filter cloth. Compared with the ordinary bag filter, the filter cartridge filter has the advantages of better dust removal effect and smaller floor area, and its dust removal effect can even reach the dust emission concentration of 10mg / m3.

After the dust gas enters the dust collector under the guidance of the fan, due to the sudden expansion of the air flow end face and the effect of the air flow distribution plate, part of the coarse dust particles in the air flow settle into the ash hopper under the action of gravity and inertial force; the fine dust particles with small density enter the filter chamber, and the dust deposits on the surface of the filter material through the comprehensive effects of brown diffusion and fiber interception The purified gas enters the clean gas chamber and is discharged by the air outlet through the fan. The resistance of the cartridge filter increases with the increase of the surface area of the cartridge. When the resistance reaches a certain set value, a high-speed and high-pressure air flow is ejected through the small hole of the injection pipe through the pulse valve of the reverse blowing system to clean the dust. At this time, the PLC program controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is opened, the compressed air in the air bag evenly enters into the filter barrel through the expansion of the venturi tube, and forms an instantaneous positive pressure inside the filter barrel, resulting in huge vibration. The dust deposited on the filter material falls off and falls into the ash hopper. The collected dust is discharged into the ash bucket through the ash discharge valve.
