Concentrating of zeolite wheel
Zeolite runner is a kind of adsorption and concentration equipment, which uses its advantages of high adsorption efficiency and fast desorption to concentrate high-volume and low-concentration organic waste gas into low-volume and high-concentration organic waste gas, thus reducing equipment investment and operation cost and realizing economic and effective organic waste gas treatment. Generally, the runner is based on inorganic fibers, and the surface is coated with hydrophobic zeolite as adsorbent. Zeolite molecular sieve is microporous crystalline aluminosilicate. With its regular crystal structure, uniform pore distribution and adjustable surface properties, the runner has the characteristics of strong adsorption selectivity, strong adsorption capacity, safety and pollution-free, and stable exhaust gas after concentration.
Noble metal honeycomb ceramic catalyst
Xinjing catalyst is made of imported cordierite raw materials, processed and supplied by famous domestic ceramic suppliers, then coated with adhesive material and expanded specific surface area material, and bonded by rare earth-active nano-precious metal (Pt,Pd). A high oxygen storage and high stability catalyst was developed. The coating uniformity of precious metal can be precisely controlled by controllable coating technology in the production process. Non-precious metal catalyst

Sulfur-resistant catalyst
The VoCs combustion reaction of the catalyst with crystal structure follows the Mar-van Krevelen redox mechanism as well as the oxidation reaction, that is, gas-phase oxygen does not directly participate in the oxidation of organic matter, but first enters the vacancy on the catalyst surface to form adsorbed oxygen and lattice oxygen, and the dehalogenation center on the surface first reacts with CI, and then oxidizes the adsorbed organic matter. In the catalytic combustion reaction, the catalyst only undergoes surface reconstruction, and the crystal structure will not be destroyed, and the activity reaches stability after the reconstruction.
Zeolite module

The adsorption efficiency is extremely high, the adsorption regeneration is more complete, the recycling of adsorbent can be realized, the treatment cost is reduced, and the generation of waste residue is reduced.
Honeycomb zeolite molecular sieve
1. The honeycomb zeolite molecular sieve carrier has uniform micropores, the pore size of which is equivalent to that of ordinary molecules. It is an inorganic microporous material composed of SIO2 _ 2, Al _ 2O _ 3 and alkaline or alkaline earth metals, with a specific surface area of 300-800㎡/g, and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, incombustibility, good thermal stability and hydrothermal stability.

Zeolite drum
Exhaust gas passes through the inside of zeolite drum, VOCs components are adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieve, and the purified clean gas is directly discharged by the induced draft fan inside the system. The concentration multiple can reach 10-50 times, which greatly reduces the later equipment investment cost and operation cost. Compared with the disc runner, it is more suitable for intermittent working conditions.
Adiabatic Membrane Catalytic Reaction
AMCR, also known as Adiabatic Membrane Catalytic Reaction, is a coupling technology between membrane catalysis and adiabatic oxidation.This technology has the characteristics of fast adiabatic reaction and small heat loss. At the same time, because AMCR itself is equivalent to anti backfire and anti explosion flame arrester, it makes up for the potential safety hazard of adiabatic reaction.AMCR has high efficiency, and the catalytic membrane used in this technology is prepared using in-situ growth technology, which has a large area of uniform and uniform catalytic activity; As a high entropy alloy Ceramic membrane, the used catalytic membrane has a wide catalytic selectivity, a treatment efficiency of more than 99%, and can achieve the emission standard of VOCs treatment.The economy of AMCR lies in the long service life of the catalytic membrane, which is expected to be replaced after about 3 years of use; Low ignition temperature, more energy-efficient;The floor area is relatively small compared to RTO, and the placement is more flexible; The specially designed AMCR can be used within the explosion limit, saving additional equipment expenses in the event of ultra-high concentration exhaust emissions; When dealing with nitrogen-containing VOCs, such as DMAC, acrylonitrile, NMP, etc., AMCR can provide both catalytic oxidation and denitrification functions, without the need for additional spraying or ammonia spraying for denitrification. It can be directly treated and discharged after condensation and recovery.
